Ken Michaels Furniture Upholstery Warranty

Our consumer protection warranty is our promise to you, the original purchaser, that each piece of our furniture will be free from manufacturing defects for its useful life. The limited lifetime warranty applies to following internal parts of your furniture, including:

• Frames
• All frame parts
• Built-in concealed support legs
• Ultra Core Seat Cushions
• Springs

Cushion cores are warranted against manufacturing defects and the loss of resiliency for the useful life of the product under normal use. Loss of resiliency should not be confused with softening. Softening that results from normal use is not covered by this warranty. Cushion softness or hardness is significantly affected by the type of fabric that surrounds the seat cushion.

Limited one-year warranty

Decorative wood trim parts on your furniture are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for two years. Fabrics and leathers used in covering your furniture also carry a one-year warranty which is further explained in your Fabric and Leather Information booklet.

We stand behind our promise! Our company will repair or replace - at our option - any part or parts of the warranted product found to be defective within the first two years of the warranty. After two years charges will apply for inspection, installation of parts, shipping and transportation costs.
